For the base:
250 gr. biscuits
125 melted butter
For the mixture:
250 gr. Mascarpone cheese
250 r. Ricotta cheese
3 egg whites beated until stiff
90 gr. Sugar
Mix biscuits and butter, pour the mixture inside a cake dish and squash it well.
Mix Mascarpone, Ricotta, yolks, egg whites and sugar and pour the mixture on the first layer.
Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
Let the cheesecake cool down and then cover it with berries jam.
