Apple Tart

  • 380 g of flour
  • 150 g of melted butter
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 apples
  • Rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 sachet of yeast for deserts and 1 sachet of vanilla
  • 1 cl of grappa


Mix the sugar and butter, add the flour, eggs and all the other ingredients.
Mix well and place around half the mixture in a cake dish.
Add the thinly sliced apples and sprinkle with sugar, butter and grated lemon rind.
Form another layer above the apples with the remaining mixture.
Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
