Lienzer Torte

250 gr. melted butter

250 gr.sugar

3 eggs

35 gr. milk

250 gr. milled hazelnuts

350 gr. flour

½ sachet of baking powder

15 gr. cinnamon

1 sachet of vanilla flavouring

 

Mix the sugar and butter until the mixture is white and then add the eggs and the milk.

In another bowl mix the hazelnuts, the flour, the baking powder, the cinnamon and the vanilla.

Now mix everything, cover a cake dish with baked paper and pour half of the mixture inside.

Then spread about the layer 250 gr. of marmelade of blueberry and then cover everything with the rest of the mixture.

Bake at 170° for  40 – 45 minutes.
